I got a new iPhone. How do I get Premium back?
Check that your new iPhone uses the Apple Account you bought Premium with. Then open Aixy and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
What happens to my photos?
Aixy sends a photo through AIProxy to OpenRouter and Google only to create your result, with zero data retention. Your photos and results stay on your iPhone, in History, until you delete them. The Privacy Policy explains it in full.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Apple bills every Aixy subscription, so Apple handles changes too. Open your Apple subscriptions, pick Aixy, and change or cancel it there.
A result didn't look right. What should I send?
The photo you used and a screenshot of the result. Writing from inside the app adds your app version and device for you.
